Confidentiality
I de-clutter is a personal and confidential service. Client details are never disclosed to a third party without the consent of the individual. Any testimonials that appear on the website are being used with the full permission of the client.

Cancellation or rescheduling
Please note that 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling. A 50% charge of the total cost of the booking will be payable in the event of cancellation with less than 48 hours notice.

Disclaimer
I de-clutter aims to provide the best possible service to clients who need to de-clutter and get organised, but cannot be held responsible if the client does not want to let them go – ultimately, it is the client’s choice.
I de-clutter will only remove articles with the clients full agreement.
I de-clutter will not remove rubbish, unless by agreement.

I de-clutter makes every effort to help clients file papers in a suitable way by working closely with them. A paper work session is most successful when the client is available to answer queries and to give permission for papers to be thrown away. If the client chooses not to be available during the filing and sorting process ‘ideclutter’ cannot accept responsibility for any lost papers

Travel
I de-clutter is Surrey based and is willing to travel and work with clients further afield. However, mileage will be charged at 40p per mile.

Insurance
I de-clutter has full public liability insurance.
