As an army wife, I have spent most of my married life packing, moving and creating a ‘home’ very quickly. This regime continued for 25 years and 16 houses.

I never had the opportunity to acquire clutter as we were never in one place long enough. [If I did, it was thrown out!]

Being obsessively tidy and threatened with having to pay excess charges on freight over an allocated amount, any unused household articles, the children’s abandoned toys, clothes and art work were ruthlessly thrown away! [Yes I do regret some of that!]

Although we have been settled now for some years, old habits die hard. I continue to clear out cupboards, take unworn clothes to the charity shop and keep the house clutter-free. I really enjoy attacking the garage when my husband is not looking - well apart from the dust!!

A number of my friends have prevailed on me to ‘minimalise’ their homes and wardrobes. Oh what fun!!

I am patient, I have good people skills and I enjoy helping others. I am a teacher with all the relevant clearances and a volunteer driver for a local charity.
It seems a very logical step now to use these skills and create a business.
